Design, Presentations, Social MediaI+DIoT is a company that provides solutions using innovative artificial intelligence in the retail industry. From Digital Ordering to Autonomous Pickup, they use technology to make the customer’s retail experience efficient and safe. In a fast-paced changing world, ID+IoT needed to communicate the success of their innovative solutions so they hired me to analyze, plan, schedule, and execute their Marketing and Communication Strategy. I+DIoT aims to make the user experience intuitive, pleasant, and efficient. My knowledge of user experience informed the design of all the different projects we collaborated on.
